MIG Welding Torches
are manufactured from mig welding cable or torche cable. The cable consist of polyurethene
tube in the centre.Two teflon wires are embedded in the conductor and then sheathed with
NBR-PVC synthetic rubber. Polyurethene tube can be of various sizes, example
6.5 mmID x 10mmOD , 8mmID x 12mmOD.CO2 gas
and electrode passes through the polyurethene tube. Teflon wires are used as switching
cords. Different sizes of conductor can be used suitably according to the current carrying
capacity required. |
